SENATE BILL NO. 92 "An Act relating to state ownership of                                                                       
submerged land underlying navigable water within the boundaries of                                                              
and adjacent to federal areas; and providing for an effective date" was                                                         
read the second time.                                                                                                           
                                                                                                                                
Senator Giessel, Cochair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the                                                             
adoption of the 2d Resources Committee Substitute offered on                                                                    
page   855. Senator Wielechowski objected, then withdrew his                                                                    
objection. There being no further objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL                                                                 
NO. 92(2d RES) "An Act relating to state ownership of submerged                                                                 
land underlying navigable water within the boundaries of federal                                                                
areas; and providing for an effective date" was adopted.                                                                        
                                                                                                                                
President Stevens stated CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 92(2d RES)                                                                      
will advance to third reading on the May 1 calendar.
